Who Invited the Killer? provides fictional mystery games for entertainment. Hosts sign in by email; invited guests join through a room invitation without a paid subscription or ChatGPT account. Custom games use AI generation and review, which can still produce errors or unsuitable material. Do not use fictional game accusations as statements about real people.
Who Invited the Killer? is a Louisiana-based project. Formation of Who Invited the Killer LLC is pending; paid sales are not open. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase, host or join a game. Hosts should invite only adults aged 18 and over.
Plans
One custom mystery costs $9.99 as a one-time purchase. A monthly membership costs $19.99 and includes four newly generated custom mysteries per billing month, with one active game at a time. Guests play free. Monthly membership renews until canceled; unused monthly games do not roll over. Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown at checkout. Venue/commercial event products and generated video are not included in these personal plans.
Cancel before the next renewal through your billing page. Access continues to the end of the current paid period. Refunds and support follow the separately approved refund, cancellation and support policy at /support.
Preparing and playing
Provide fictional story inputs you have permission to use. Do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive information about real people. Do not use the service for harassment, unlawful material, unauthorized access or bypassing purchase limits. Keep account and recovery credentials private.
Generation depends on service availability and usage safeguards. A request may pause or fail; contact support if a paid game cannot be delivered. Failed preparation releases its game allowance reservation, but a successful generation consumes a game even if it has not yet been played.
Start a new prepared game within 30 days after creation. Once started, the game remains accessible for 48 hours. Reconnecting or advancing rounds does not extend this period. Monthly access also ends when the paid membership ends. This does not provide permanent replay.

Contact support@whoinvitedthekiller.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days. These terms do not override the approved refund policy or limit rights required by law. Effective September 14, 2026. We will explain material changes before they apply to future purchases.
